In each villa you will find  3 sleeping rooms on the ground floor, all of them with lake view and two of them with direct access to the private garden. New in 2025: in front of the sleeping rooms we added an elegant sunshade Inside, opposite to the bedrooms you'll find two fully equipped bathrooms – one with a tub/jacuzzi function - perfectly cleaned after each guest -, the other one with a shower. - Annexed to them there are the functional rooms (e.g.laundry).

On the upper level of the villas (first floor) a spacy and cozy living area with an open kitchen, a toilet and a total lake-view terrace  is awaiting you to offer you  magic moments from breakfast to dinner.

To complete, a covered terrace besideseach villa with your own BBQ and Lounge for a relaxed chilling with candle light and a glass of wine !

Each villa can enjoy its own private and heated pool (no sharing).

Garden furniture is elegant and cared for . To each villa belongs a private double garage with remote-control opening system. New in 2025: the properties are completely fenced now. Security measures for all accesses.
