In each villa you will find  3 sleeping rooms on the ground floor,  all of them with lake view and two of them with direct access to the private garden. Inside, in front of the bedrooms there are the two fully equipped bathrooms – one with a tub/jacuzzi function, the other one with a shower - and annexed to them there are the functional rooms(e.g.laundry).

On the upper level of the villas (first floor) You will find a generous living area with an open kitchen , an toilet and a total lake-view terrace where You can enjoy magic moments from breakfast to dinner.

To complete, a covered terrace besideseach villa with your own BBQ and Lounge for a relaxed chilling with candle light and a glass of wine !

Since 2021 each villa can enjoy its own private pool (no sharing).

Garden furniture is elegant and cared for . To each villa belongs a private double garage with remote-control opening system. Security measures for all accesses.

Alarm system and safe in the villa. A printer with scan function is available for those who need to work during holidays.
